In Memento Mori you take control of Stanley, a not so spooky skeleton that gets tired of his unconfortable coffin and hopes to achieve peace in heaven.

However, most of his mobility lies on using his head, literally!

Explore this underground crypt in search for rest, having to deal with spikes, trampolines and a not-surprisingly weak skull.

WHY?

Memento Mori is a submission for the Minijam 92, which had "Death" as theme and "Your health is your weapon" as limitation.

This project was done by Elvendwarf and I, being Elven in charge of programming while I was in charge of the artistic section.

The "Death" theme is present on Stanley, the skeleton, who is primarly dead (although he moves gracefully)

The limitation is applied in Stanley's skull, which he uses to move, dodge and practically anything else. However, this skull also is his weakest point, as it acts as a HP meter and is very fragile, so you can die from tall falls/saws...
